SaveinCloud was born from more than two decades of experience in the hosting market. Since 2000, we have evolved alongside technological changes and new market demands. In 2016, we established a strategic partnership with Virtuozzo, one of the world's leading references in scalable cloud technology. This partnership enabled us to bring international solutions to Brazil with local support and affordable pricing.
Currently, our infrastructure is distributed across Tier III Data Centers in Vinhedo (SP), Fortaleza (CE), and Brasília (DF). This structure ensures high availability, redundancy, and low latency. Is it possible to test SaveinCloud's services and cloud? How many times?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial, with some limitations, which allows the user to simulate various scenarios and determine whether the platform is the best cloud option for their needs. The 14-day trial period is available only once.
Remember that the trial period is recommended for testing and staging environments; we do not recommend placing production environments in use during this period.
Is SaveinCloud part of Virtuozzo?
SaveinCloud is a Brazilian company and one of Virtuozzo's three largest partners worldwide.

What is the initial cost to get started?
There is no initial cost to start using the platform. You only need to make a minimum top-up of R$ 50 (fifty reais) to convert your trial account into an active user, unlock the available resources, and create your first environment.
Is SaveinCloud really a low-cost cloud? Why?
Yes! For several reasons, but mainly due to our billing model, which is unique in the cloud market. In addition, the computational resources themselves have highly competitive prices.

Are there hidden fees or variable costs at SaveinCloud?
At SaveinCloud, you don't need to worry about hidden fees, and costs are variable because billing is based on usage. Each environment also includes an integrated financial control panel, allowing you to monitor costs clearly and transparently in real time.
Are there additional costs for priority support?
No, our support services are completely free. We offer 24x7 support, as well as a projects team available during business hours, Monday through Friday, to assist you with your environment architecture whenever needed.
Do you offer discounts for long-term contracts? Will I be required to sign a loyalty contract?
No, our platform does not require loyalty contracts, as we believe in giving customers complete freedom. Since we operate using a prepaid, pay-as-you-go model, we do not charge advance fees, because fixed long-term values can harm the customer. With our model, customers can adjust their costs according to their needs, always with support from our Projects Team, which helps reduce costs and optimize resources.
What is horizontal scaling and vertical scaling?
Scalability is a system's ability to grow according to demand. It can be horizontal or vertical.
Horizontal scaling adds new instances to the same layer of the environment. This distributes the load and increases availability. At SaveinCloud, this scaling can be manual or automatic, with triggers that increase or decrease instances based on usage.
The platform also offers features such as auto-cluster, which replicates data between instances, including for databases and storage. You can also scale across different regions through Multi-Datacenter support, with guidance from our Projects team.
Vertical scaling increases the resources (such as CPU and memory) of a single instance. At SaveinCloud, you set minimum and maximum limits (except for Windows), and pay only for what you use-while always receiving the maximum configured performance.
This combination ensures cost savings, high performance, and flexibility to handle usage peaks.
Does SaveinCloud offer backup? What about snapshots?
Yes! Currently, customers can create Backup Instances. They can be created directly from the control panel, and after creation, you only need to map folders between production environments and the backup instance. We currently have 3 points of presence (Datacenters), allowing customers to create backup instances in different physical locations for increased security.
In addition, we perform a daily Snapshot of all environments on our platform, with a 7-day retention period, at no cost to customers. This is an extra guarantee, but we recommend using both processes, since snapshots complement the perfect solution when combined with Backup Instances.

We also perform full snapshots of all production environments, with a 7-day retention.
This benefit is provided to SaveinCloud customers at NO COST. However, if the customer requires snapshot recovery, we charge a fee of R$80 for the procedure.
In addition to snapshots, customers should perform necessary backups by provisioning Storage Instances.
What is SaveinCloud's infrastructure like?
Our Scalable Cloud solution offers customers 3 region options: Vinhedo-SP, Fortaleza-CE, and Brasília-DF.
All 3 Datacenters have the necessary certifications for high-quality hosting, including TIER III.
In terms of connectivity, we use redundant link infrastructure, as well as direct connections to traffic exchange centers IX-São Paulo, IX-Campinas, IX-Brasília, and IX-Fortaleza, ensuring low latency for data communication.
We use corporate and redundant network equipment from Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper.
Our private network operates at 10Gbps, guaranteeing high-performance data communication between environments.
We work exclusively with Dell servers, along with CPUs, Memory, and SSD/NVME disks in RAID, ensuring reliability and performance.
How does SaveinCloud's connectivity work?
SaveinCloud aims to reach as many regions in Brazil as possible with our scalable Cloud, ensuring the lowest possible latency between users and data. In areas near our Datacenters, average network latency is 2 to 3 ms.
To achieve this, the first step is being as close to users as possible, and in 2025 we have 3 operational points of presence (Vinhedo-SP, Brasília-DF, and Fortaleza-CE), and 3 under implementation: Curitiba, Porto Alegre, and Rio de Janeiro.
All our Datacenters have multiple redundant links and IX (traffic exchange point) connections. This ensures reliable and fast access for users. Our public connectivity uses the dynamic BGP protocol, ensuring redundancy and high availability.
We have redundant edge routers at all points of presence, using Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper equipment.
Our private network is based on 10Gbps fiber, ensuring high-performance data communication between environments.
