What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PIX, bank slip, and bank transfer. For additional payment options, including bank transfers and purchase orders, please contact us.

When will my card be charged?

SaveinCloud's billing cycles are monthly. Typically, on the first day of each month, we invoice and automatically charge your account's primary payment method for the previous month's usage.

I received a credit when opening an account. When will my card be charged?

Your card will only be charged after you have used the free credits. The credit is automatically applied to your account, and only any excess amount will be charged after the credits are exhausted.

What is the price for Marketplace 1-Click Apps?

We charge for the underlying compute resources on which the 1-Click Apps run. The apps themselves are free.

Am I charged when I add my credit card?

No. Your card is only charged at the end of the billing cycle. When you add a card, we may send a pre-authorization request to the issuing bank to verify the card's validity.
