Talk to our technical consultantsBackups can be automatically scheduled according to your desired rules. The cost is R$ 0,18/GB/month used, for all volume types, and you can configure scheduling policies and retention limits.
Cloudlets backups are stored in NFS instances within the platform and can be directly mounted to production environments via a private network. It is also possible to use instances in different datacenters for increased security.
A fixed cost to keep the instance running, ranging from R$ 16.56 to R$ 30/month + the allocated storage cost, according to the table below:
Nuvion volume snapshots depend on the selected disk type, and costs follow the rules below:
Snapshots in the SaveinCloud Cloudlets Platform are created free of charge for all instances, performed daily during the early morning, with a 7-day retention period.
Only NFS Storage instances are not included in this benefit, as they are typically used for backup policies.
There is only a recovery cost, when requested, of R$ 80, a one-time fee when the customer needs to restore a specific snapshot.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PIX, bank slip, and bank transfer. For additional payment options, including bank transfers and purchase orders, please contact us.
When will my card be charged?
SaveinCloud's billing cycles are monthly. Typically, on the first day of each month, we invoice and automatically charge your account's primary payment method for the previous month's usage.
I received a credit when opening an account. When will my card be charged?
Your card will only be charged after you have used the free credits. The credit is automatically applied to your account, and only any excess amount will be charged after the credits are exhausted.
What is the price for Marketplace 1-Click Apps?
We charge for the underlying compute resources on which the 1-Click Apps run. The apps themselves are free.
Am I charged when I add my credit card?
No. Your card is only charged at the end of the billing cycle. When you add a card, we may send a pre-authorization request to the issuing bank to verify the card's validity.
