It must be understood that “policy” for the purposes of this document is a series of measures to achieve a specific end.   • Verify identity and prevent fraud.
  • Manage risks and detect illegal activities.

III. Ways of storing and protecting

  • Storage on own servers (Ascenty - Campinas/SP and Fortaleza/CE) and third parties (SaaS).
  • Protection with technical, physical and administrative measures (firewalls, cryptography, access controls, etc.).
  • Internal information security policy.

IV. Rights of the internet user

  • Request exclusion from the marketing email list.
  • Disable cookies (when possible) without affecting essential services.
  • Review and edit personal information in your account.
